The suggested itineraries below are meant as a guideline. According to your personal preferences and time frame, I will be pleased to plan your very own, unique Tibet experience.

You can access Tibet from either Nepal or China. Ideally, you could combine Tibet with your China-, Silk Road- or Nepal visit. Check my China- and Nepal pages for more.

"Tibet Classic -  The Roof of the World"	(8 Days/7 Nights)
Shanghai - Lhasa - Damxung - Shigatse - Lhasa - Shanghai

I can organise tours to Holy Mount Kailash. Allow at least 8 days to get acclimatised and another 8 days to do the circumambulation (including transfers). Even with an experienced guide you have be in a pretty good shape to consider this pilgrimage. Passes to be crossed go up to 5,600 m.

You can start off from Kathmandu or Lasha and add sightseeing either in Tibet or in Nepal.
