All tours sold are subject to following conditions:

1. Your Booking
Before The Last Frontiers can accept and process your booking, the leading member of your party must complete and sign your final Personal Itinerary. We may also accept your confirmation by e-mail or by phone. The person, who signs the Itinerary shall be deemed to act as agent for all persons shown on the Itinerary, whether the signatory shall intend to travel or not and that signature bind all members of your party jointly and seperately to the Terms & Conditions.

2. Deposit Payment
At the time of asking for your holiday booking to be confirmed, we may ask for a deposit of about 20 % of the total price. If the deposit is not received within 8 days, your booking would be automatically cancelled and cancellation charges will become payable in accordance with paragraph 5 below. This deposit is your only commitment to The Last Frontiers until six weeks prior to departure.

3. Payment of Balance
The Last Frontiers will send a deposit payment confirmation upon receipt of the deposit. This also serves as The Last Frontiers' acceptance of your booking. You must pay the final balance before air tickets are being issued, but in any case latest five weeks before departure or upon our payment request. If you do not pay within 5 days, The Last Frontiers reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled, in which case the full deposit is forfeit.

4. Booking Alterations
If you decide to alter any details after you signed and sent the Itinerary, The Last Frontiers has the right to charge you a 20 US$ administration fee per change plus any fees levied by airlines or other suppliers. In special cases (eg too short notice or change request impossible to confirm) your change request may be rejected by The Last Frontiers. The denial to change your itinerary would be communicated to you.

5. Booking Cancellations
If you or any member of your party wishes to cancel your confirmed itinerary (or any part of it), you must do so by written notification. The person who signed the Itinerary must also sign the cancellation notification letter. To compensate The Last Frontiers for the expenses of processing your booking, you will be charged cancellation fees as set out below.

The amount payable depends on the time, when The Last Frontiers receive your written notice of cancellation - the more notice you give the less will be charged. If the cancellation falls within the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to make a claim for the cancellation charges.

Please see below table for the period before departure within which cancellation notice is required and amount of cancellation fee (shown in % of the total tour price)

8. Changes and cancellation

A substantial change is one that The Last Frontiers make to your tour arrangements before departure, eg changing your airport of departure, or a difference of more than twelve hours in your departure time, or a change on your hotel (a substantial change does not include eg a changed schedule as imposed on The Last Frontiers by an air carrier).

You then have the choice of either: (a) accepting the changed arrangement as notified to you; (b) purchasing another; (c) canceling your holiday. If you choose (a) or (b) The Last Frontiers will pay you compensations as follows: more than 42 days prior to departure Nil; 42 - 28 days - US$ 10 per person; 27 - 14 days - US$ 15 per person; 13 - 0 days - US$ 25 per person. If you choose (c) you will be refunded all monies paid to date plus compensation as detailed above.

Should you choose to change your itinerary after embarking on a trip, The Last Frontiers can not absorb any oncosts nor can The Last Frontiers refund any monies to you.

9. Force Majeure
Compensation payments do not apply, where performance of The Last Frontiers' contract with you is prevented by risk of war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, technical problems with transport, closure or congestion of airports or ports, cancellations or changes of schedules by scheduled airlines and similar events beyond The Last Frontiers' control.

10. Trip Cancellation
Although it is unlikely, The Last Frontiers reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel your tour. In this event, The Last Frontiers will inform you as soon as possible and you will be offered the choice of an alternative tour of at least comparable standard if available, or a refund of all monies paid. In no case, except for reasons as set out under Force Majeure above, will your holiday be cancelled less than 24 days before the scheduled departure date.
